The structure includes three parts: a rigid bottom box, a paper card sleeve with a clear PVC window, and a black PS insert tray that holds the vape device securely in place. The rigid base box uses 1200gsm black paperboard with 250gsm printed paper wrap, creating sharp corners and very straight box shape—ideal for delivering modern, minimalist appearance. Inside the box, we use 300gsm black cardboard to make support wall for PS tray. This way strengthen the structure and reduce plastic usage—more stable, more eco-friendly, and easier for vape factories to assemble.

Luxury Matte PS Insert Tray

We use 1.0mm new thick black PS to make the insert tray. Compared with common glossy trays, this matte style looks more premium and blends perfectly with luxury vape branding. The insert is precisely shaped for your device to ensure perfect fit and protection during transport.

Window Sleeve for Strong Shelf Appeal

We do black color print custom on 350gsm C1S to make the paper sleeve, and do spot UV wave lines to decorate the sleeve. A transparent PVC window is cut to match the shape of the vape device, giving customers a clear product preview right through the packaging.

Scratch-Resistant Matte Lamination

Black packaging often shows fingerprints and scratches easily. To avoid this, we apply scratch-resistant matte lamination on both the sleeve and the rigid box surface. This protects the printing, maintains a clean, fresh look, and gives box a long-lasting premium appearance.

Gold Foil Branding for High-End Look

We apply matte gold foil stamping on both the sleeve and the insert black PS tray. Gold on deep black creates strong contrast, elevates brand identity, and gives the product a luxury unboxing experience that stands out on retail shelves.
