Custom Vape Mod Packaging Designed for Premium Vape Mod Kits

This packaging solution is developed specifically for vape mods packaging, offering both strong protection and a high-end retail presentation. The box structure combines a fully printed sleeve with a rigid drawer-style box, creating a layered unboxing experience that fits premium vape mod products perfectly.

The outer sleeve is produced using CMYK offset printing on 350gsm coated paper, allowing clear display of the brand logo, vape mod product image, and product information. A matte lamination protects the surface, while spot UV on the logo and main image enhances visual contrast and shelf appeal.

The inner rigid drawer box is wrapped with 120gsm black specialty paper and built on 1500gsm thick greyboard, ensuring sharp edges, straight walls, and excellent durability. A black ribbon pull tab makes the drawer smooth and easy to open, improving the user experience.

At the center of the box, a gold hot foil stamped logo adds a luxury touch. The gold foil contrasts strongly with the dark box surface, reinforcing a premium positioning for vape mod kits.

We add dual-layer black flocked EVA foam insert insde the box.  We do custom die-cut the foam shape to fit the vape mod device, tank/atomizer, and accessories such as batteries or cables. To make fitable insert tray, please ship or tell your vape factory ship us your empty vape product sample. We will make fitable insert tray with custom diecut shape.
