Step 1:
Just send us your whitening kit (syringes, trays, whatever’s in it) and let us know how you want it displayed. Our packaging engineers will measure everything and calculate the right box size for you.

Step 2:
We’ll send you box template / dieline. Your designer can place your artwork on it.
We support full CMYK printing, metallic pantone colors, foil stamping, embossing, UV coating — all those nice touches that make your packaging pop.

Step 3:
Once your artwork’s ready, just send us the vector file (AI or PDF is best). We recommend converting text to outline — makes things smoother for our pre-press team (and this way can protect your own design as files not editable).

Step 4:
Time for samples. We offer two options:
a) Digital print sample – Quick and budget-friendly (about $100–$120 with shipping), takes 4–5 days
b) Offset printed sample – Full offset printing (for color accuracy), around $150, takes 7–9 days

We’ll ship the sample to you. If it’s good, we go to mass production. If you need changes, no problem — we’ll adjust and re-sample.

Step 5:
After production, we can arrange DDP shipping (sea freight + inland trucking) directly to your warehouse. Already working with a freight forwarder? We’re happy to coordinate with them too.
