Above show the mini magnetic gift boxes we produced for press on nails. We make the box case with custom printed 157gsm art paper case. As client’s design has dark color printing design, we use anti-scratch matte lamination on surface to protect the color. We use 1100gsm high stiffness greyboard to make the main box coreboard, so box has nice shape and durable to use. As the box size for single line press on nails is small, we do 120~130 degree slot the box fold line, to make it no hinder feeling when close the box.

Also, we make an clear PET/PVC window on the box lid, so consumers can see the inside beautiful fake nails without open the box. This way adding luxury sense and convenience.

On the box inside, we add paper card insert with clear nano adhesive bar on top. Nano adhesive bar is very good for holding press on nails-sticky firmly, no sticky marks and easy to remove. And clients can put accessories (such as nail glue, alcohol prep pads, cuticle stick .etc) under the paper card insert directly.

The rigid paperboard nail box with magnet closure is consist of paper material + nano adhesive strips + small magent plate. Its eco paper materials account for more than 90%, so it’s typically sustainable packaging box for nails.
