We can make the boxes with your own custom design printing, and make customized box size to fit for your dental products. Like above box show, it’s do pantone yellow color and 100% black print on 157gsm art paper, with scratch-proof lamination to protect. Scratch-proof lamination can protect the box surface from finger scratches, so the box looks new always.

Our production department own several automated rigid box assemble lines, which means we can produce fast and at scale. Automation does not mean that there is no need for manual labor. We have QC specialists to check the quality of paper boxes on end of each production process. Defective products will be picked out in time to avoid flowing into the next production line.

That’s actually something a few of our U.S. and EU customers pointed out. One even mailed us a sample of the box they were using locally — we made a custom sample based on their dimensions, and they were kind of shocked how much better ours looked and felt. Cleaner edges, more structure, better surface finish.

We also have in-house packaging engineers who can help you tweak the box structure design, or test inserts. Just send us your product dimensions — we’ll take care of the rest and send you nice dental lab box mockup.

By sample lead time, we can make dummy dental lab boxes sample to show you in 2~3 days; or make customized colorful box sample in about 3~5 days, and then air ship to you to check on hand. Air shipping time takes about 4~7 days.

By bulk production lead time, it’s depends on order quantity, usually 15~18 days for quantity below 20,000pcs, 18~20 days for quantity 20,000pcs ~ 50,000pcs. When you have urgent schedule, please tell us and we will check into production status and give priority if possible.

And don’t worry about shipping — we’ve got long-term contracts with several major shipping companies. We always can get good price from them due to large volume, so can help you save on freight. Door-to-door options are available too if you’d rather not deal with logistics.
