We use 120gsm black leatherette grained specialty paper to wrap the box lid case, making the box looks classic and discreet. And use 120gsm flat surface specialty paper which has same black color to wrape the bottom box case, so box is smooth to close. With 1500gsm thick black side greyboard, the rigid paperboard construction ensures sharp edges, straight walls, and excellent durability, making the packaging both protective and visually impressive.

On the box lid, we do black foil stamping client’s custom brand logo. Black-on-black foil logo making the packaging box look minimal, and luxury-oriented—ideal for premium vape products.

Inside the box, We design two layer custom black EVA foam insert to hold the vape pod securely in place. For the top layer insert, we use 250gsm thick black card double side wrap on EVA foam, making box inside looks consistency with box outcase. And back card together with EVA foam have custom shape diecut, fit vape product nicely. With 10mm wide small ribbon tab, client can easily pull up the top layer foam and see the bottom black EVA foam. The bottom black EVA foam is design for accessories such as battery, instruction sheets .etc.
